I found my love for kitesurfing again, here at Funboard Centre Boracay! You can usually feel the vibe/atmosphere of a place as soon as you walk in and that I did, this was one of chilled, friendly, non judgmental, happy and helpful.

I learned to windsurf at Funboard Centre Boracay back in 2004. This year I was back on Boracay for the first time. Although there were now plenty of centres to choose from I headed straight to Simone and her team after surveying the competition. They still have the best location in the bay, upwind and away from the crowds. I had one-to-one kitesurfing instruction, and the only time my instructor was more than 5 meters away, was when I got up on the board and started riding. Rapid progression is guaranteed with this class! And the windsurfing gear was waiting for me at the beach whenever I felt like it. Not to mention that the café serves excellent food when you are in for a break. If you want the complete package, head straight for the Funboard Centre at the north end of Bulabog.

Boracay is the perfekt place fore a kite-and windsurfing holiday. When you are there you dont want to go home...

Finally I can recommend the great food at the Café where you will always be laughing with the girls. I will always look forward to my next visit.
I fell in love with the place immediately and have been going back year upon year.
